Gerald Ingersoll, MBA
Gerald Ingersoll is Chief Learning Officer, NBCC. Prior to this he was Director of Corporate and Learning Innovation for the New Brunswick Community College system. He also served as Principal of NBCC-St. Andrews, and as a department head at the college in the area of marine and academic studies. Ingersoll is a professional educator who began his teaching career with CUSO in Barbados and has taught in New Brunswick at the junior high, high school, technical college, community college and university levels. He currently is an adjunct professor with the Business faculty, UNBSJ. Ingersoll holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy, a certificate in industrial teacher training, a certificate in management, and a master's degree in business administration from Athabasca University. Ingersoll's College team has created new programming in Canada, Mexico, and Cuba. In June 2002, his college was presented a Canadian International Development Agency Award of Excellence in International Education.
