The International Consortium for Educational
and Economic Development was created
to bring together higher education and
other educational institutions from México,
Canada and the United States for purposes
related to the dual thrusts of community
and economic development through the
sharing of resources and developing projects,
programs and relationships of mutual
interest and benefit.
